Nikki Van Ekeren is a fabric artist from Brooklyn, NY. The root of her creations starts with linen that she hand-dyes. Her dying process takes a different shape depending on her mood, the piece she's making, or the desired effect. Pulling the bulk of her inspiration from nature (primarily the time she spends on the beach,) Nikki's pieces flow like waves and carry the same sense of peace you find when you spend quality time in nature.
